Added Adaptive filter

With the Adaptive Filter, finding the most complete timetable versions becomes a breeze.

When we create a new timetable version we see the adaptive filter, active by default, for purists it can be deactivated.

How it works:

In practice, it searches for new versions while ignoring the less complete ones.
For example, if the first version has 20 unassigned hours, the next click on New Version will only show versions with 20 or fewer unassigned hours. And if we view a version with 10 unassigned hours, the next click will show versions with 10 or fewer assigned hours. And so on.
The maximum filter displays versions with 3 or fewer assigned hours.

To avoid timeout errors, the filter automatically modifies itself if no satisfactory version is found after approximately 100 combinations are analyzed.
