How it works

WeekTable doesn't require installation, you can use it from your browser and it allows you to generate your weekly timetable online.

Upon registration, a free package is activated which contains everything you need to experiment.

  • 1 school building
  • 10 subjects
  • 10 classes
  • 15 teachers
  • 3 versions of the timetable per day
  • Export to PDF format in A4 or A3 format

The dark buttons allow you to manage the various elements that will be used to build the weekly schedule.
The lower section, the availability monitor, highlights the availability of the various elements.

PLEASE NOTE: To start viewing something you need to enter at least 2 classes and 4 teachers.

Icons

The entire application uses the same icons, the meaning of which should be quite intuitive.

A note about the light bulb:
if the light bulb is yellow the element is active and will be used to generate the weekly timetable version;
if the light bulb is gray the element is NOT active and therefore will not be used to generate the timetable version.

  •   To add a new item
  •   To create a set of classes at once
  •   To edit an item
  •   Activate or deactivate an element. If it is yellow, the element is active.
  •   To delete an item. Deletion is irreversible.

  •   To view a version of the timetable
  •   To export a version of the timetable to PDF format
  •   To share a link to a version of the timetable
